Kaizen is the philosophy of Japanese Kai which means change and Zen is good.
Kaizen is a continuous effort to improve the processes that occur in a company.

5s is a simple tool to organize your workplace in a clean, efficient and safe way to increase productivity. 5S to shape human behavior in order to have habits to reduce waste in the workplace.
Move 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke)

• Seiri means clearing the workplace.
• Seiton means storing things regularly.
• Seiso means keeping the workplace clean.
• Seiketsu means personal cleanliness.
• Shitsuke means discipline

Seiri or Sort

separating necessary items from unnecessary items or items that will be used and not used. the more tidy the workplace of goods that are not needed, the more efficient the workplace will be.

What is the red label strategy

the red label strategy is a method of sorting by labeling all items that are not needed with a red label that is clearly visible.

Step of applying the red tag

1. prepare red tags
2. attach red tags to items that are not needed
3. Move items that are not needed to a temporary storage area

Items that are not used for a long time (3-6 months) can be destroyed. And there is "HOLDING AREA" for items that are still doubtful / temporary.
